Sticky Notes: Colourful Notes on Your Screen, Saved Automatically

What is it?

Sticky Notes lets you jot reminders, phone numbers, to-dos and ideas on bright notes, like paper ones on your monitor. Type, Change colour, Move earlier or Move later, go Full screen, and download them as text.

Who is it for?

Office workers, students, people working from home, and anyone who loses paper notes.

How to use it

  1. Tap New note and type.
  2. Recolour and reorder notes.
  3. Copy all or Download as text; Delete or Delete all to clear.

Tip

Use colours for meaning: yellow for to-dos, pink for urgent, green for done. Keep passwords out of notes; use a password manager.

Your entries are saved only in this browser on this device. Back them up with My Data: Backup Everything if they matter.

Errors and how to fix them

  • “Full screen is not available in this browser”
  • Notes missing: Notes are saved automatically in this browser on this device; another browser or a cleared browser shows none.

Questions people ask

  • Can I see my notes on my phone and laptop? No, they stay on the device where you made them; copy or download them to move them.
  • Is there a limit? Keep it practical: a few dozen notes; for longer writing, use the Online Notepad.
  • Do notes stay after closing the browser? Yes, until you delete them or clear browser data.
