Installing DeskOrg takes about a minute. Because DeskOrg is signed with its own certificate (not a paid commercial one), Windows may ask you to confirm the first time. That is expected and safe to continue.
Install step by step
- Open deskorg.niveshsahayak.in and click Download for Windows. You get DeskOrgSetup.exe (about 2.3 MB).
- Open the downloaded file from your browser’s downloads list or the Downloads folder.
- If a blue box says Windows protected your PC, click More info, then Run anyway.
- When Windows asks Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?, click Yes.
- Follow the installer and click Finish. DeskOrg appears on your desktop and in the Start Menu.
If it doesn’t work
- Clicked “No” on the prompt? The install stopped. Run DeskOrgSetup.exe again and click Yes.
- Antivirus removed the file? Some antivirus tools are wary of new self-signed apps (a false alarm). Open the antivirus’s Quarantine or Protection history, choose Allow or Restore, then run the installer again.
- “You need administrator permission”? Right-click DeskOrgSetup.exe › Run as administrator. On an office PC you may need your IT person.
- “A file is in use”? DeskOrg is already running. Close it (check the system tray), then run the installer again.
