What is it?
The Customer Book is a pocket CRM. Save each customer or enquiry with phone, city, stage and notes, set the next follow-up date, and call, WhatsApp or email in one tap. No sign-up and no cloud.
Who is it for?
Shopkeepers, insurance and property agents, tutors, freelancers, small sales teams and anyone who loses track of enquiries in WhatsApp chats.
How to use it
- Add a customer: Name or company, Mobile, Email, City / area, Stage, Next follow-up and notes (what they want, budget, source).
- Open a customer to 📞 Call, 💬 WhatsApp or ✉️ Email. After each contact, Add a follow-up note (“Called, wants quote by Friday”) and set the next date, or Done, no follow-up.
- Use Search name, phone, city, notes… to find anyone.
A simple sales routine
Each morning, open the list of today’s follow-ups, contact each one, write what happened and set the next date. Most sales come from the second or third follow-up.
Keep your records safe
Everything is saved in this browser on this device, never on our servers, so it’s private. It is lost if you clear browsing data, uninstall the browser or use a private window, and it doesn’t sync to other phones. Back it up regularly with My Data: Backup Everything, which saves all your Infinity records in one file you can restore on any device.
Errors and how to fix them
- My entries disappeared: browser data was cleared, or you’re on another browser or device. Restore your latest backup in My Data: Backup Everything.
- WhatsApp button opens the wrong number: save mobiles with the country code (91 for India).
- Have a list in Excel? Use the import option on the page, with one customer per row.
