Attendance Register: Daily Attendance and Monthly Register With Percentages

What is it?

The Attendance Register replaces the paper muster roll. Add staff, students or tuition children once, group them by class or team, mark each day in a few taps, and get a monthly register with totals and percentages.

Who is it for?

Tuition teachers, small schools and coaching centres, shop and factory owners, contractors with daily workers, and NGOs running classes.

How to use it

  1. In the People tab, add each Name (or paste many, one per line) with a Class / group (optional) like “Class 5” or “Kitchen staff”.
  2. Pick the Date and group, then mark each person: P = present, A = absent, L = leave, H = half day (counts as half present). Mark all present saves time.
  3. Pick a Month to see the register; Download month (CSV / Excel).

Worked example

A worker marked P on 22 days, H on 2 and A on 2 in a 26-day month counts 23 present days: 88% attendance. Use it with the Staff Salary Register to work out pay.

Keep your records safe

Everything is saved in this browser on this device, never on our servers, so it’s private. It is lost if you clear browsing data, uninstall the browser or use a private window, and it doesn’t sync to other phones. Back it up regularly with My Data: Backup Everything, which saves all your Infinity records in one file you can restore on any device.

Errors and how to fix them

  • My entries disappeared: browser data was cleared, or you’re on another browser or device. Restore your latest backup in My Data: Backup Everything.
  • “Add names in the People tab first”: there’s nobody to mark yet.
  • Marked the wrong day: select that date and use Clear this day, then mark again.
  • Percentages look low: holidays marked as absent count against people; leave holidays unmarked.
