World Clock: Live Time in Any City and Plan Calls

What is it?

The World Clock shows the live time in cities you add, with each one’s UTC offset and how far ahead or behind you it is. Plan a call: move the time to see what time it will be everywhere.

Who is it for?

Families with relatives abroad, remote workers and freelancers with foreign clients, and businesses with overseas suppliers.

How to use it

  1. Type in Add a city and tap Add.
  2. Read each city’s time and offset.
  3. Move the slider to plan a call time that suits everyone.

Example

India (UTC+5:30) is 4½ hours ahead of London in summer and 5½ in winter. A 7:30 pm IST call is 3 pm in London in summer. For one-off conversions on a date, use the Time Zone Converter.

Errors and how to fix them

  • City not found: add a nearby large city in the same time zone.
  • One hour off: daylight saving changes in the US, UK and Europe shift the difference twice a year; the clock follows them automatically.

Questions people ask

  • Does it show daylight saving? Yes, times and offsets follow each city’s current rules.
  • Are my cities saved? Yes, on this device.

Planning a family call

Add your city and your relatives’ cities, then move the slider to find a time that is evening for everyone, not past bedtime.
