WhatsApp Price List: Send Your Menu or Rate List as a Message and Picture

What is it?

The WhatsApp Price List Maker turns your items and prices into a neat WhatsApp message and a picture, ready for customers, groups and your status.

Who is it for?

Kirana and sweet shops, home bakers, tiffin services, salons, tailors, repair shops and anyone who sells on WhatsApp and is tired of retyping prices for every customer.

Make your list

  1. Fill in the Shop name, your WhatsApp number (with country code) and the Currency.
  2. Tap + Add item for each product or service, with its price.
  3. Add a Note at the bottom, such as timings, delivery area or “prices include GST”.
  4. Check Your WhatsApp message, then Copy message, Send / share, or Download as picture for your status or catalogue.

Text or picture: which to send?

  • Text is searchable, easy to copy and works on every phone. Customers can reply quoting an item.
  • Picture looks better on status and in groups, but customers can’t copy item names from it.
  • Many shops send both: the picture to attract, the text to order from.

Good to know

  • Your list is saved in this browser, so you can open it again next time and only change the prices.
  • WhatsApp Business users can also add items to the built-in Catalog. This list is quicker to update and works on normal WhatsApp too.

Example

A sweet shop adds: Kaju katli ₹900/kg, Gulab jamun ₹40 each, Samosa ₹20, with a note “Free home delivery above ₹500 within 3 km”. The message and picture are ready to post on status before Diwali.

Errors and how to fix them

  • Prices show the wrong symbol: change the Currency before adding items.
  • Download as picture is blank or cut: very long lists make tall pictures; split into two lists (for example, sweets and snacks).
  • Send / share does nothing on a computer: use Copy message and paste it into WhatsApp Web.
  • My list disappeared: it’s saved in this browser; another phone or a cleared browser starts empty.
