What is it?
The Vehicle Fuel and Service Log records every fuel fill with the odometer reading and litres, and every service. Between two full-tank fills it works out your real mileage, plus cost per km and when the next service is due.
Who is it for?
Bike and car owners who want their true mileage, taxi and delivery drivers tracking costs, and families with more than one vehicle.
How to use it
- Tap ➕ Add a vehicle (e.g. Activa, Swift).
- At each fill, enter Odometer (km), Litres filled, Amount and Date; Save fuel.
- After a service, enter the Work done, Cost, and Next service after (km) or by date; Save service.
Worked example
Fill to full at 12,400 km, then again at 12,850 km taking 9 litres: 450 km ÷ 9 L = 50 km/l. At ₹105/litre, that’s about ₹2.10 per km for fuel.
Tip
Always fill to full and from the same pump if you can; mileage then compares fairly over months.
Keep your records safe
Everything is saved in this browser on this device, never on our servers, so it’s private. Errors and how to fix them
- My entries disappeared: browser data was cleared, or you’re on another browser or device. Restore your latest backup in My Data: Backup Everything.
- Mileage looks wrong: it’s only accurate between two full-tank fills; partial fills or a missed entry distort it.
- Odometer lower than last time: check for a typo.
