What is it?
The To-Do List helps you write down what needs doing and tick it off. Give important tasks a Priority and a Due date (optional); the list keeps them in order, and you can share it on WhatsApp.
Who is it for?
Students, homemakers, office workers and small business owners who want a simple list without apps or accounts.
How to use it
- Type What needs doing?, set priority and due date, and tap Add task.
- Tick tasks when done; Clear done removes them.
- Copy list or Share on WhatsApp.
A simple method
Each morning, pick three high-priority tasks and do them before anything else. Break big tasks into small steps (“call bank”, not “sort out finances”).
Your entries are saved only in this browser on this device. Back them up with My Data: Backup Everything if they matter.
Errors and how to fix them
- “Type a task first”
- Tasks missing: they’re stored in this browser; another device starts empty.
Questions people ask
- How are tasks ordered? By priority, then due date, so urgent and important tasks stay on top.
- Can I share it with family? Share on WhatsApp sends the list as a message; others can’t edit it in the tool.
- Can I add a task for a specific time? Due dates are by day; for timed reminders, use your phone’s calendar or the Online Alarm Clock.
