Study Planner and Exam Countdown: Daily Topics That Finish on Time

What is it?

The Study Planner counts down to your exams and turns a long syllabus into a daily target. List the topics for each subject, keep days for revision, and it tells you how many topics to finish each day.

Who is it for?

Board and college students, NEET, JEE and other entrance aspirants, and parents helping children plan exam preparation.

How to use it

  1. Add each exam (e.g. Board maths, NEET) with its Date.
  2. Add each Subject with Topics or chapters, one per line, and set Days kept for revision before each exam.
  3. Check Today’s plan; tick topics as you finish them, and add extra tasks like “20 maths problems”.

Worked example

60 physics chapters-topics left, exam in 40 days, 10 days for revision: 60 ÷ 30 = 2 topics a day. Fall behind one day and it becomes about 2.1, so small slips stay manageable.

Keep your records safe

Everything is saved in this browser on this device, never on our servers, so it’s private. It is lost if you clear browsing data, uninstall the browser or use a private window, and it doesn’t sync to other phones. Back it up regularly with My Data: Backup Everything, which saves all your Infinity records in one file you can restore on any device.

Errors and how to fix them

  • My entries disappeared: browser data was cleared, or you’re on another browser or device. Restore your latest backup in My Data: Backup Everything.
  • “Add an exam first (⏳ Exams)”: the plan needs at least one exam date.
  • Daily target too high: reduce revision days, or start earlier; the target is topics left ÷ (days left − revision days).
