Special Characters lets you find and copy characters that are hard to type, in one tap. It has currency signs like ₹, ticks, arrows, fractions, degrees, © ™ ®, Greek letters, accents and Indian symbols.
Who is it for?
Students writing assignments, office staff preparing documents, sellers writing prices with ₹, and anyone who can’t find a symbol on their keyboard.
How to use it

- Tap a character to copy it. Characters you tap collect under Your characters.
- Copy collected to copy them all; Clear to start over.
Shortcuts worth knowing
- Windows: Win + . opens the emoji and symbol panel. ₹ is Ctrl + Alt + 4 on Indian keyboard layouts.
- Phones: long-press keys like $ or - for variants.

₹for ₹.
Errors and how to fix them
- Shows as a box after pasting: the app’s font lacks that character; change the font or choose a common symbol.
- Copy didn’t work: allow clipboard access, or long-press the character and copy.
Questions people ask
- Are my collected characters saved? They stay while the page is open; copy them to keep them.
- Where are Indian symbols? Search rupee, om or swastika, or open the Indian group.
