What is it?
Riddle Quiz asks ten riddles with four possible answers each, against a clock. Choose Mixed or one kind (Easy, Tricky, Maths, Logic or Brain teasers) and 15, 30 or 60 seconds per riddle, or No timer. A right answer scores 100 points plus up to 50 bonus points for speed, and after each answer you see the explanation.
Who is it for?
Anyone who wants a quick quiz rather than one riddle at a time, families and friends competing on one phone, and teachers running a class quiz from the projector.
How to use it
- Under Riddles pick Mixed, Easy, Tricky, Maths, Logic or Brain teasers.
- Under Time for each riddle pick 15 s, 30 s, 60 s or No timer. Changing either one starts a new quiz.
- Read Riddle 1 of 10 and tap one of the four answers before the ⏱ clock reaches 0.
- You see ✅ Right! +135 or ❌ The answer is … with the explanation. Press Next riddle ▶.
- After the tenth riddle press See my score: for example 🌟 7 of 10 right · 812 points, your time and your best. Press Play again for a new set.
How the score works
Each right answer gives 100 points, plus a speed bonus of up to 50 that shrinks as the clock runs down. With 30 seconds per riddle, answering with 21 seconds left scores 100 + round(50 × 21 ÷ 30) = 135. With No timer every right answer is worth exactly 100, so the most is 1,000.
- Read all four choices first: the wrong ones are real answers to other riddles of the same kind.
- Use 60 seconds for Maths and Logic; use No timer to read riddles aloud to a group.
Errors and how to fix them
- “⏰ Time is up.”: the clock ran out before you chose, so the riddle scores 0. Pick a longer time or No timer.
- My best score did not change: bests are kept separately for every riddle type and time limit (for example Maths with 30 s), and only a higher score replaces the old one.
- The quiz restarted: changing the riddle type or the time starts a new quiz on purpose.
- The timer kept running while I switched apps: it keeps counting, so finish a riddle before leaving the page.
- My game, best time or score has gone: it is kept only in this browser on this device. Private windows, clearing site data, or another browser or phone start fresh.
