What is it?
The Lorem Ipsum Generator makes dummy Latin-like text to fill designs, templates and mock-ups before the real words are ready.

How to use it
- Choose Paragraphs, Sentences or Words, and How many.
- Tap Generate new text for a different version, then Copy.
Tips for designers
- Test with lengths close to the real content: headlines of 6–10 words, paragraphs of 40–80 words.
- Also test with long words and long names. Real content is often longer than lorem ipsum suggests, and layouts break on phones.
- For Hindi or other language sites, test with real text in that script: line heights and fonts behave differently.
Don’t publish it
Pages with lorem ipsum look unfinished to visitors and search engines, and pages with placeholder or thin content are a common reason for AdSense rejection. Before publishing, search your site for “lorem” and “ipsum” to catch leftovers.
Example
For a blog card layout, generate 1 paragraph for the excerpt and 8 words for each title, to see how long titles wrap on a phone screen.
Better than lorem ipsum?
- When you know the real topic, write a rough real headline and first lines instead: they show real word lengths and help clients understand the design.
- For forms and tables, use realistic sample data (names, phone numbers, prices) so column widths are right.
Where does it come from?
Lorem ipsum is scrambled Latin from a text by Cicero, used by printers since the 1500s because it looks like real text without distracting meaning.
Errors and how to fix them
- The text is too long or too short: choose Paragraphs, Sentences or Words, change How many, and copy again.
- I want different wording: tap Generate new text.
- Copy does nothing: some browsers block copying until you tap the page once. Tap inside the text, then press Copy again, or select the text and copy it yourself.
