Address Label Printer: Label Sheets and Envelopes

What is it?

The Address Label Printer prints neat address labels without templates. Paste addresses with a blank line between each, choose the Label sheet (A4 21, 14, 8, 24, 65; Letter 30, 10, 6) or an Envelope (DL, C5, C6, #10), and print.

Who is it for?

Small online sellers shipping parcels, offices sending letters, schools and NGOs mailing invitations, and families sending wedding cards.

How to use it

  1. Paste Addresses (blank line between each).
  2. Choose the label sheet or envelope, Text size, Align and Skip used labels at the start; add Your (return) address for envelopes.
  3. Open Print preview and print.

Tip

Use Skip used labels to finish a half-used sheet. For Indian addresses, put the PIN code on the last line, and a phone number for courier delivery.

Errors and how to fix them

  • “Type at least one address first”
  • “In the print window set Scale to 100% (Actual size) and Margins to None, then print a test on plain paper and hold it against a label sheet”
  • “Printing was blocked”: allow pop-ups, or download the page and print it.

Questions people ask

  • Which label sheets are supported? A4 with 21, 14, 8, 24 or 65 labels and Letter with 30, 10 or 6.
  • Can I print return addresses? Yes, on envelopes, top left.

Practical tip

Keep your customer addresses in a notes file with a blank line between each; you can paste the whole list straight in when it’s time to ship.
