Watermark Photos: Add Text or a Logo to Many Photos at Once

What is it?

Watermark Photos adds your name, website or logo to one or many photos at once: the same watermark goes on every photo.

Who is it for?

Photographers, property dealers, sellers, artists and anyone sharing ID copies, who want to stop photos being reused without credit or misused for another purpose.

How to use it

  1. Tap Choose photos.
  2. Choose the Watermark: Text (type the Watermark text and pick a Colour) or Logo image (Choose your logo; a PNG with a transparent background looks best).
  3. Set the Size, Opacity and Position: corners, centre, or Tiled across the photo.
  4. Pick Save as and tap Add watermark. Download all as a ZIP.

Choosing a watermark

  • A corner watermark at 40–60% opacity looks professional but can be cropped off.
  • Tiled across the photo is hardest to remove: good for property photos, product catalogues and documents you share for viewing only.
  • For ID copies, write the purpose and date on top, like “For bank KYC only, 1 Nov 2026”, so the copy can’t be misused elsewhere.

Which format to save as?

  • Same as original keeps the file type. JPG is smallest for photos. PNG keeps sharp text and transparent backgrounds. WebP is small with good quality, but a few old programs can’t open it.

Are my files uploaded?

No. The file is opened and processed inside your browser, on your own phone or computer. Nothing is sent to us, and closing the page clears it.

Example

A property dealer adds “© Sharma Properties · 98xxxxxx10” tiled at 25% opacity to 40 flat photos in one go, so the photos can’t be reused by others without the watermark.

Errors and how to fix them

  • “Choose your logo first”: you picked Logo image but no logo file.
  • Logo has a white box around it: use a PNG with a transparent background.
  • Watermark too small on big photos: increase Size; it scales with each photo.
