What is it?
The Signature Maker creates a signature image by drawing it or typing your name in a handwriting style, ready to add to PDFs and documents.
Who is it for?
Freelancers and small businesses signing invoices and quotations, people filling forms digitally, and anyone who needs a clean signature image with a transparent background.
Make your signature
- Choose How: Draw or Type.
- Draw: sign in the box with your finger, a stylus or the mouse. Set the Ink colour and Pen thickness. Undo removes the last stroke; Clear starts again.
- Type: enter Your name and choose a Style (Allura, Sacramento or Caveat).
- Tap Download PNG (transparent) for documents, or Download JPG (white).
Using it in documents
- PDF: in Adobe Acrobat Reader or similar, use Fill & Sign → add image. The transparent PNG sits neatly on the signature line.
- Word or Google Docs: insert the PNG and set text wrapping to “in front of text”.
- Blue ink is common for signed copies, so originals and photocopies are easy to tell apart.
Legal and safety
Your signature never leaves this device. Only use it on documents you are allowed to sign. An image of a signature is not a digital signature (DSC or Aadhaar eSign) and may not be accepted for legal filings, banks or government forms. Keep the file private: anyone with it could misuse it.
Tips for a natural drawn signature
- A stylus or a computer trackpad with your finger gives smoother lines than a mouse.
- Sign a little larger than usual, then let the PNG be scaled down in the document.
- Use Undo for a bad stroke instead of starting again.
Errors and how to fix them
- “Draw your signature in the box first” or “The signature is empty”: nothing was drawn before downloading.
- “Type your name first”: the name box is empty in Type mode.
- Lines are jagged: draw slowly, use a stylus, or increase Pen thickness.
- White box on the document: download the transparent PNG, not the JPG.
