What is it?
The Gym and Workout Log records each exercise with sets, reps and weight, or minutes for cardio, and shows your Personal bests, weekly volume and streak, so you know what to beat next time.
Who is it for?
Gym-goers, people working out at home, runners and walkers tracking minutes, and beginners who want steady progress.
How to use it
- Enter the Exercise (e.g. Bench press, Running), Sets, Reps, Weight (kg) (0 for body weight) or Minutes, Date and a Note; tap Save.
- Next session, use Do again to repeat an entry and change the numbers.
- See Workouts and Personal bests.
Using it for progress
Add a little each week: one more rep, or 2.5 kg more once you can do all sets with good form. Example: 3 × 10 at 40 kg this week, aim for 3 × 11 next week, then 42.5 kg.
Stop if you feel sharp pain; check with a doctor before starting if you have health problems.
Keep your records safe
Everything is saved in this browser on this device, never on our servers, so it’s private. It is lost if you clear browsing data, uninstall the browser or use a private window, and it doesn’t sync to other phones. Back it up regularly with My Data: Backup Everything, which saves all your Infinity records in one file you can restore on any device.
Errors and how to fix them
- My entries disappeared: browser data was cleared, or you’re on another browser or device. Restore your latest backup in My Data: Backup Everything.
- Personal best didn’t update: spell the exercise the same way each time (“Bench press”, not “bench”).
