What is it?
The Habit Tracker builds good habits one day at a time: walking, drinking water, reading, exercise, prayer, practice. Tick each habit daily and see the last 7 days, your current and best streak, a 30-day score and a month view.
Who is it for?
Anyone building routines: students, people getting fit, readers, and anyone trying to quit or start something.
How to use it
- Type a New habit (e.g. Walk 30 minutes) and tap Add habit.
- “Tap a day to tick it (tap again to undo). You can fill in the last 7 days if you forgot”
- Watch your streak and 30-day score; open the Month view.
Tips that work
- Start with 2–3 small habits (“read 10 pages”, not “read an hour”).
- Tie a habit to an existing one: walk right after dinner.
- Never miss twice: one missed day is normal; two starts a new pattern.
Your entries are saved only on this device. Back them up with My Data: Backup Everything if they matter.
Errors and how to fix them
- “Type a name for the habit”
- Up to 30 habits: keep it simple!
- Streak reset: a missed day resets the current streak; your best streak stays.
Questions people ask
- Can I track weekly habits? It tracks daily ticks; count weekly goals from the month view.
Practical tip
Review your 30-day score each Sunday: keep habits above 70%, and make struggling ones smaller rather than dropping them.
