What is it?
Event Invitation Maker creates an invitation picture and a ready message for an event. Guests get links to add it to Google Calendar, open the venue on the map and reply on WhatsApp; iPhone users can open the calendar file.
Who is it for?
Parents planning birthday parties, families inviting guests to functions and pujas, societies announcing meetings, teachers inviting parents, and small businesses announcing launches.
How to use it
- Fill in the Event name, Hosted by, Date, Starts and Ends (optional).
- Add the Venue address, an RSVP on WhatsApp to (optional) number and Notes (like a dress code).
- Check the Invitation picture and the Message to send (with calendar, map and reply links).
- Tap Download picture, Copy message or Share on WhatsApp, and Calendar file (.ics) if needed.
How to send it
Send the picture first, then the message: guests tap the links to add the event to their calendar, open the map or reply. Try a sample fills in a fifth birthday party at a banquet hall so you can see the result. Everything is made on your device.
Errors and how to fix them
- “Choose the date”: the Date box is empty.
- RSVP link opens the wrong chat: type the number with country code, e.g. 91 and then the 10-digit number.
- Map opens the wrong place: write the full venue address with area and city.
- .ics file won’t open on Android: Android users should use the Google Calendar link in the message instead.
