What is it?
Bulk WhatsApp Links turns a list of names and numbers into one click-to-chat link per person, each with their name in the message. You still send every message yourself, one tap at a time.
Who is it for?
Teachers sending fee reminders to parents, society secretaries, event organisers, small shops following up with regular customers and HR teams contacting shortlisted candidates: anyone who must message a known list of people personally, one by one, without saving every number.
How to use it
- Set the Default country code, used for numbers written without one (for example 91 for India).
- Paste Names and numbers, one person per line, such as
Ravi, 98765 43210. You can paste two columns straight from Excel or Google Sheets. - Write the Message.
{name}becomes each person’s name: “Hi {name}, your order is ready”. - Open the links one by one, or use Copy all links or Download CSV to keep them in a sheet.
A line says “check number”
That line has too few digits, letters mixed in, or two numbers together. Fix it in your list and paste again. Numbers starting with 0 are fine: the 0 is removed and the default country code added.
Avoid getting your number banned
- Message only people who know you and expect to hear from you, such as customers, members or parents.
- Do not send the same message to hundreds of strangers. Many people tapping Report or Block can get a number banned.
- Space messages out, personalise them, and give people a way to say “stop”.
- For large customer lists, the WhatsApp Business app’s labels and broadcast lists, or the official WhatsApp Business Platform, are the approved ways.
Is my list uploaded?
No. The links are made in your browser. Close the page and the list is gone, unless you downloaded the CSV.
