A Tool Says “Could Not Load” or Won’t Start

Some tools download a helper library (for PDFs, ZIP files, QR codes or OCR) when you first use them. If that download fails, you’ll see Could not load … Check your connection and try again.

Try these, in order

  1. Reload the page.
  2. Check your connection: open another website to confirm it works.
  3. Pause your ad or script blocker for infinity.groupchaton.com. Some blockers stop the library servers (cdnjs.cloudflare.com and cdn.jsdelivr.net).
  4. Turn on JavaScript: the tools can’t run without it.
  5. Update your browser, or try Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari.

“This tool could not start”

This means something unexpected happened in your browser. Reload the page; if it keeps happening, tell us the tool’s name, your device and browser.

Device-specific causes

  • Office or school networks may block library servers. Try on mobile data.
  • Private DNS or ad-blocking apps on Android (Settings → Network → Private DNS) can block the servers that tools load from. Set it to Automatic, or allow cdnjs.cloudflare.com and cdn.jsdelivr.net.
  • Data Saver or Lite mode in some browsers may stop large scripts. Turn it off for this site.
  • Very old browsers (for example on phones that no longer get updates) may not run modern tools at all.

The tool loaded once but not now

Your browser may have saved a broken copy. Clear the site’s data: in Chrome, tap the icon left of the address → Site settings → Clear & reset, then reload.

What to send us

The tool’s name, your phone or computer model, the browser and its version, and the exact message. A screenshot helps a lot.
