Rotate, Delete or Reorder PDF Pages: PDF Organizer Help

What is it?

The PDF Organizer shows every page of a PDF as a thumbnail. You can rotate, delete and move pages, then save a new PDF.

Who is it for?

People with scans that came out sideways or in the wrong order, office staff removing blank or extra pages before sending, and students arranging pages of a project report.

How to use it

  1. Tap Choose a PDF. Wait for the message … pages loaded; large files take a few seconds.
  2. On each page, use Rotate to turn it 90°, Move left or Move right to change its place, or delete it.
  3. Use Rotate all ↻ for a PDF scanned the wrong way, or Reverse order for a stack scanned back to front.
  4. Deleted by mistake? Restore deleted brings pages back. When it looks right, tap Save PDF.

Problems and fixes

  • “Still loading the pages”: wait until all thumbnails appear before saving.
  • “Keep at least one page”: a PDF can’t be empty. Restore a page, or don’t save.
  • Thumbnails are blank or slow: PDFs with very large scans take time to draw. The saved file still has the full pages.
  • The rotation didn’t stick in another app: some old viewers ignore the rotation setting. Open the saved PDF in a browser or a current PDF reader.

Good to know

  • Rotating doesn’t reduce quality: the page is turned, not re-drawn.
  • To pull a few pages into a separate file, Split PDF is quicker. To add pages from another PDF, use Merge PDF first.

If you see This PDF is password-protected, see Why a password-protected PDF won’t open: remove the password in a PDF reader you trust first, then try again.

Are my files uploaded?

No. The file is opened and processed inside your browser, on your own phone or computer. Nothing is sent to us, and closing the page clears it.
