Because the tools run on your own device, the main limit is your device’s memory, not an upload limit.
Limits you may meet
- PDF Organizer handles up to 300 pages. A bigger file shows a message: use Split PDF first, then organize each part.
- Zip & Unzip opens ZIP files with up to 500 files inside.
- Very large PDFs or many big photos at once can be slow on older phones.
When a tool is slow or the page freezes
- Close other tabs and apps to free memory.
- Work in smaller batches: fewer photos or a split PDF at a time.
- Shrink photos first with the Image Compressor.
- A computer handles big jobs faster than a phone.
Rough guide to what works where
- Phones with 3–4 GB of memory: PDFs up to about 100 MB, a few dozen photos at once, ZIPs of a few hundred MB.
- Computers: much larger files, hundreds of photos, and long PDFs.
- These are guides; very complex PDFs (many images or layers) need more memory than simple text ones.
Example: a 450-page scanned PDF
- Use Split PDF with Split every N pages set to 150, giving three parts.
- Work on each part, for example in the PDF Organizer.
- Join the results again with Merge PDF.
Example: 80 phone photos for a form
Run them through the Image Compressor with longest side 1920 px first: 80 photos of 5 MB (400 MB) become roughly 40 MB, and every later step is much faster.
Signs you hit the memory limit
The page reloads by itself, freezes, or the browser shows “Aw, Snap!”. Use smaller batches, close other tabs, and try again.
