What is it?
The HTML Form Builder makes contact, enquiry and order forms. Add fields (short text, email, phone, number, date, long text, drop-down, radio, tick boxes, file upload, website), mark required ones, preview it, and copy clean, accessible HTML.
Who is it for?
Small business and Blogger owners adding a contact or order form, developers who want quick accessible form markup, and students learning forms.
How to use it
- Start from Contact form or Order form, or tap + Add field. Set each field’s Label and Type.
- Set Send answers to (form action), e.g. a Formspree address, the Method (POST) and Button text.
- Check the Preview, then Copy HTML.
Good forms
Ask only what you need, keep labels visible above fields (not only placeholders), and use type="email" and type="tel" so phones show the right keyboard.
Errors and how to fix them
- Form submits but nothing arrives: HTML forms need a service to receive answers; set the form action to a form service (Formspree, Getform, Google Forms alternatives) or your server.
- Blogger strips the form: paste in an HTML/JavaScript gadget or a page’s HTML view.
- File uploads don’t work: the receiving service must support files, and the form needs
enctype="multipart/form-data".
Questions people ask
- Can I add a WhatsApp option? Add a Phone field; for direct WhatsApp, use a wa.me link instead of a form.
