What is it?
GIF Maker turns a set of pictures into one animated GIF that plays in WhatsApp, email, websites and presentations. You choose the order, size, speed and whether it loops or plays forward and back (boomerang).
Who is it for?
Shops showing several products in one moving picture, teachers making step-by-step animations, social media users making slideshows, and anyone making a quick birthday or greeting animation.
How to use it
- Choose at least 2 pictures and put them in order.
- Pick the Size (Small (240 px) to Extra large (640 px)), the fit – Whole picture (adds bars) or Fill the frame (crops) – and the colours (Best (256 colours), Smaller file (128), Smallest (64)).
- Set how long Each picture shows for, and tick Loop forever or Play forward then back (boomerang).
- Tap Make GIF, wait for Making the GIF (…), and download.
Worked example
Four product photos at Medium (320 px), 1 second each, looping: a smooth showcase of about 300–600 KB. For a video clip instead of photos, use Video to GIF. Try a sample builds a short coloured animation so you can see the settings at work.
Is my file uploaded?
No. The file is opened and changed inside your browser, on your own phone or computer. Nothing is sent to us, and closing the page clears it.
Errors and how to fix them
- “Choose at least 2 pictures”: a GIF needs two or more frames.
- GIF is too big: the tool tells you the size and that WhatsApp and most chats accept GIFs under 16 MB. Use a smaller size, fewer colours or fewer pictures.
- Picture edges are cut off: choose Whole picture (adds bars) instead of Fill the frame.
- Colours look grainy: GIFs have at most 256 colours; choose Best.
