What is it?
The Invoice Generator makes a professional invoice, including a GST tax invoice for India, with your logo, items, tax and an optional UPI pay-now QR code.
Who is it for?
Shopkeepers, freelancers, small businesses and GST-registered traders who need neat invoices without accounting software.
Make an invoice
- Fill in From (your business, saved for next time): name, address, and your GSTIN if registered.
- Add the customer (with their GSTIN for B2B sales) and the invoice date and number.
- Under Items, tap + Add item. Enter description, HSN / SAC (optional), quantity, rate and tax rate.
- Choose the tax: GST: CGST + SGST (same state), GST: IGST (other state), VAT / sales tax or No tax. Check the Preview.
GST invoice checklist (India)
- Your GSTIN, a unique invoice number for the financial year (one series, no gaps), date, and the buyer’s GSTIN for B2B.
- Place of supply decides CGST + SGST (same state) or IGST (another state).
- HSN codes: required on invoices for most registered businesses, by turnover.
- If you aren’t registered under GST, don’t charge GST: choose No tax and call it a bill of supply or invoice.
Get paid faster
For rupee invoices, add your UPI ID for a pay-now QR; the customer scans and pays any UPI app. Add bank details and the due date.
Saving, reopening and sharing
- Your business details under From (your business, saved for next time) and your Logo (optional) are remembered on this device. Customers you use go into Saved customers.
- Tap Save to keep the document. Saved documents are listed so you can Open, Copy as new (for a repeat order) or Delete them, and Download list (CSV / Excel) for your records.
- Print / Save as PDF makes a PDF: choose Save as PDF as the printer. Send on WhatsApp shares a text summary.
Where is my data kept?
Everything is saved in this browser on this device, not on our servers. Clearing browsing data or using another phone or browser won’t show your documents. Download the list and PDFs regularly to keep copies.
Errors and how to fix them
- GST not split: choose CGST + SGST or IGST, not No tax.
- Saved invoices missing: they’re in this browser only.
