Still nothing?
- Ad or tracker blockers often block Disqus. Allow groupchaton.com in your blocker, or pause it, then reload the page.
- Strict privacy settings (for example in Brave or Firefox) can block the comments box. Try lowering protection for this site.
- Slow connection: wait a few seconds, or reload.
- Try another browser to see whether the problem is your browser.
Posting a comment
Disqus asks you to sign in (with a Disqus account or one of the social accounts it offers) or, where guest comments are allowed, just a name and email. Read our comment rules before posting.
Device-specific fixes
- Brave: tap the lion icon → turn Shields down or off for groupchaton.com → reload.
- Firefox: click the shield in the address bar → turn off Enhanced Tracking Protection for this site.
- Safari on iPhone: Settings → Safari → turn off Prevent Cross-Site Tracking if you need to sign in to Disqus (sign-in uses cookies from disqus.com). You can turn it back on afterwards.
- In-app browsers (opened from Instagram or Facebook) often block sign-in pop-ups. Tap ⋮ → Open in browser.
My comment disappeared
- Disqus can hold comments with links, or from new accounts, for review. They appear once approved.
- Comments that break our comment rules (spoilers without warning, insults, spam links) are removed.
