BP, Sugar and Weight Log: Readings, Charts and a Report for Your Doctor

What is it?

The BP, Sugar and Weight Log is a simple health diary for blood pressure, blood sugar and weight. Each reading takes seconds to add, and charts and 30-day averages give your doctor a clear history.

Who is it for?

People with high blood pressure or diabetes, older parents and their caregivers, people losing weight, and anyone asked by a doctor to keep a log.

How to use it

  1. Choose the reading type and enter it: BP (upper, Lower (diastolic) and Pulse), sugar (with When: fasting, after meal…) or weight.
  2. Check the Date and Time, add a Note (optional) like “after walk, missed medicine”, and tap Save reading.
  3. See Readings and the 30-day average; tap Download for your doctor (CSV). Set Height (cm) for BMI.

Measuring correctly

  • BP: sit quietly for 5 minutes, arm at heart level, no tea or coffee 30 minutes before; take two readings a minute apart.
  • Sugar: note whether it was fasting or after a meal; targets differ.
  • Weight: same time each morning, before breakfast.

This log is for records only. Always follow your doctor’s advice; seek urgent care for very high or very low readings.

Keep your records safe

Everything is saved in this browser on this device, never on our servers, so it’s private. It is lost if you clear browsing data, uninstall the browser or use a private window, and it doesn’t sync to other phones. Back it up regularly with My Data: Backup Everything, which saves all your Infinity records in one file you can restore on any device.

Errors and how to fix them

  • My entries disappeared: browser data was cleared, or you’re on another browser or device. Restore your latest backup in My Data: Backup Everything.
  • Averages seem off: a typo (e.g. 1400 instead of 140) skews averages; delete and re-enter it.
